If you continue to get junk messages or the filters start preventing authentic messages from entering your inbox, you can switch to some other level just as easily. In case you don’t want to risk missing a genuine email message that may be flagged as spam because of its content, you can also configure custom email filters based on the sender, the subject or the body of the message and redirect the emails to a separate mailbox where you can review them at a later point in time.
Spam Filters in Semi-dedicated Servers
If you order a semi-dedicated server package from our company and if you create one or more mailboxes with any of the domains hosted under your account, you’ll be able to activate the advanced, five-level SpamAssassin spam filter that we provide and keep all undesired messages away from your mailbox. This functionality is accessible through the Email Manager section of the Hepsia hosting Control Panel and it can be enabled or disabled for any email account whenever you wish. You can also tweak the level of protection with several clicks of the mouse if unsolicited bulk email messages still reach your inbox or the spam filter starts deleting genuine emails. Since you can choose if the spam should be erased immediately or delivered to some other email address, you can create email@example.com, for instance, and check all filtered email messages there, so as to make certain that you will not omit an email that you require. The emails that the email filter allows to go through will still be delivered to your mailbox.
