Monitoring & Rebooting

Controlling a VPS is a tough job. You either need to do the job yourself and spend a lot of your valuable time to monitoring your VPS, or you have to find a 3rd–party tool whose sole duty will be to monitor your server. And this is where our Optional Admin Services offer will help you out. With it, your virtual server will be entered in our custom–built server managing software system, which will monitor all the crucial processes. And in the event of a service failure, our skilled sysadmins will be informed momentarily and they will fix the problem as quickly as possible.

Weekly Backups

Having a backup of all your hosted content is important – one never knows when something would go wrong. And using our Optional Admin Services package, you will enjoy weekly backups of your whole VPS, not only of your data, without you having to set up or configure anything. Last but not least the backups are saved on a server with a group of RAID–configured disk drives. This implies that your content will always be secure, regardless of what happens.

Installation & Troubleshooting

Whilst a Virtual Private Server provides you with an almost endless set of possibilities, you will sometimes have to install additional software applications. And this is where our Installation & Troubleshooting solution can come in real handy. It is an integral part of our Optional Admin Services package, which allows you to ask any of our knowledgeable technical support engineers to install any software program and to solve any issue that you are experiencing with your VPS.

The Optional Admin Services deal comes bundled with the majority of our OpenVZ VPS Servers. It’s an extra for the KVM VPS Servers.
